How do I enable local Exception Plan Reviews (Approvals / Denials)

You will learn how to enable your Admins or Managers to review Exception Plans.

Overview

In UVRM6.0 you may configure the platform to allow your Admins or Managers to review and Approve or Deny Exception Plans. By default, all exceptions are automatically approved once submitted.

Enable Approvals

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Exceptions
3. Click on the Exceptions Requests | Enable Approvals setting (it should be green).
4. Click on Save Settings.

Disable Approvals

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Exceptions
3. Click on the Exceptions Requests | Enable Approvals setting (it should be gray now).
4. Click on Save Settings.
5. Note: Any existing Open exceptions (not approved) will be automatically approved if Approvals are disabled.
