This topic covers editing System Reports and User-Defined Reports, as well as changing the name of a report.
Caution!: any changes that you make to reports will be available for all of your organization's Unified VRM users.
Edit a System Report
Although directly changing a system report is not possible, you can create a new instance of a system report and edit it.
- To create a new instance of a system report, click the report name on the Infrastructure Vulns Reports main page.
- Click the edit button next to the report name and give the report a different name.
Note: if you do not rename the report, it will appear at the bottom of the reports list with the same name as the System Report. - Make the changes to the filters at the top that reflect the data you want to view.
- Click Save Report.
- The Report appears at the bottom of the list of reports on the Infrastructure Vulns Reports page.
Edit a User-Defined Report
To change the name or filters of any user-defined report complete the following steps:
- Click the name of the report you want to change on the Infrastructure Vulns Reports page, or click the edit button for that report.
- Make the desired changes to the report.
- Click Save Report.
Change a Report Name
You can change the name of any User-Defined report. The names of System-Defined reports cannot be changed.
- From the Infrastructure Vulns Reports page, click the edit button of the report you want to rename.
- At the top of the Report page, click the edit button next to the name of the report.
- Change the name of the report and click Save Report.
